Delete your account

This page is for the "Ahmed Cooling" app by Ahmed Cooling Workshop. You can delete your account and data at any time.

Customers: in the app

  1. Open the app and go to Profile.
  2. Tap "Delete account".
  3. Enter your password to confirm (or type DELETE if you sign in with Google).
  4. If you have an open booking, cancel it first, then delete the account.

Technicians, or if you cannot open the app

Send us a deletion request from the phone number or email address registered on your account. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm it to you.

What is deleted

  • Your account: name, email, phone number, password and profile photo.
  • Your device's notification token, so you stop receiving notifications.
  • Your WhatsApp chat history with our number, if you ask for it.

What we keep

  • Past bookings for our accounting records, with your name, phone number, address and notes removed.
  • For technicians: wallet, commission and completed-job records, for accounting and legal obligations.
